PREFERRED SHARES OFFERING
As a complement to our S.E.C. filer services, we write parallel to Series sector Term Sheets and Terms and Conditions preferred offerings.
NEW YORK STATUTORY BONDS
As a complement to our filer services, we will write parallel or stand alone bond with a statutory limit under New York laws in the amount of $5 million.
OTC TICKER REPAIR & COMPANY SALES
FOR REVERSE MERGER AND OTHER USES
Together with our attorney business partner, post Rule 11, we provide services to return ticker symbol companies to ‘Pink’ status.
In addition, for expert market tickers, we revive the companies at the level of the State Secretary of State. This allows you to begin the process of bringing a ticker back to Pink and is an economical first step for companies wanting to go onto the OTC.
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
With our attorney business partner supervising, we write necessary corporate resolutions and bylaws, and originate new corporations where needed, and prepare successor corporate documents as needed.
Our attorney business partner, in addition, provides the necessary attorney letter for the Regulation A+ offerings, and also for OTC ticker companies.
ESCROW SERVICES
Our attorney business partner provides escrow and disbursement services on the projects.
AUDITS
Our CPA business partner provides Reg. A+ auditing and also provides spot audits on our investor programs.
SHARES DILUTION SERVICES
Our dilution consultant provides dilution calculation services and ledger maintenance.
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING
We provide CFIUS compliance with the anti-money laundering regulations of the United States Department of the Treasury for any overseas investments.
